A light roast, this coffee is processed through a process known as Red Honey Process, which takes practices from both natural and washed. Resulting in a clean cup, with fruity sweetness and floral aromas.
This coffee is special in that it is a Red Honey Process which refers to the amount of time the coffee cherry was left on the bean to ferment. Colors vary form yellow to black, the darker the color the longer the fermentation process. It is also made up of a singular variety of coffee plant, a Bourbon.
